Product Description

Secure The Auxiliary Line When Not In Use

When using the 4-In-One assembly to haul trailers, it is important to secure the auxiliary line when not in use. Consider using a suitable storage device on the trailer, such as a dummy socket, to store the auxiliary plug. Alternatively, you can use clamps to securely store the auxiliary cable plugs by clamping them to other connection lines. This will prevent the plugs from hanging unsecured and potentially causing damage.

Safety Precautions

Always ensure that the auxiliary cable is turned off when not in use to prevent any accidents. Live electrical cables can be dangerous, especially in the proximity of grounded surfaces. Avoid short circuits by following safety guidelines and best practices.

Package Includes

Our 4-in-one auxiliary ABS airpower lines come with 15 ft of cable, a pair of gladhands, hex extension handles, and a single tender spring. Additionally, we provide 4 backup seals and teflon tape to ensure a secure installation.

Green Power Line

Our green power line (SAE J2394) features a rugged cable jacket that resists abrasion, UV rays, diesel, and chemicals. With a low temperature rating of -85°F (-65°C), the line is suitable for a variety of weather conditions. The die-cast SAE J560 plug ensures accurate and reliable performance, while the heavy-duty metal plug housing with double gusseted handles makes operation easy and corrosion-resistant.

7-Way Auxiliary Coil Assembly

The yellow auxiliary electrical line is designed for tractors/trailers that require auxiliary style connectors. With the same ABS cable construction as the standard line, our 7-way coil assembly features plugs with inverted ground pins to prevent incorrect connections. The cable offers good flexibility and coil memory, even in cold conditions, and is resistant to UV rays and common chemicals. The copper conductor with brass terminals ensures a reliable electrical connection.

Red & Blue Air Lines

Our red and blue air lines are designed to withstand tough conditions, with a temperature rating of -65°F (-55°C). The color-coded hoses make it easy to identify and minimize incorrect connections between tractors and trailers. These air lines provide flexible air connections and meet or exceed the SAE J1402 Standard. The tapered large handle offers kink protection during tight turns.

Gladhands Grips & Spring

Our extension handles for air line hoses provide added leverage for coupling and uncoupling gladhands. Made of rugged anodized aluminum, the handles are durable and corrosion-resistant. The gladhands for semi truck air line hoses are constructed of die-cast aluminum with stainless steel wear plates. Available in service and emergency configurations or universal styles, our gladhands meet SAE J318 requirements. Each set comes with a 25" long tender spring to effectively buffer and protect the air line hoses, keeping them off the ground for optimal safety.
